Often times choosing a realtor just happens because you are inquiring about a listing or you see their advertisement more often than others. When we chose Patty Cordoni and Suzanne Carvlin, it was a very deliberate decision. We knew they were very familiar with our area and had successful sales when others were not so successful. On our first meeting they came with comprehensive research already printed out, they presented with “no pressure”, so it felt so comfortable that it was our decision to make, if and when we were ready. They would check in a couple times in the month that followed to see if we had questions. Once we listed our property with Patty and Suzanne the communication was so detailed and appropriate. The photos and their presentation were the best. The “property book” left at our residence had the answer to any question you could ever ask about the area, the schools, the activities, the permits ever issued. Anyone viewing the property had answers at their fingertips. Our home was under contract within 3 days and we were very fortunate.
